How to Return

Pack the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories.

Ship It Back
Schedule a pickup or drop off at the nearest courier partner location.

Get Refund
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 days.
Returnable Items
- Electronics with manufacturing defects
- Damaged items (report within 48 hours)
- Wrong item delivered
- Items not matching description
- Quality issues with products
- Incomplete orders
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products
- Products with broken seals (where applicable)
- Items damaged by misuse
- Products beyond return window
- Clearance sale items (unless defective)
- Perishable goods
