How to Return

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories.

Ship It Back

Schedule a pickup or drop off at the nearest courier partner location.

Get Refund

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 days.

Returnable Items

  • Electronics with manufacturing defects
  • Damaged items (report within 48 hours)
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Items not matching description
  • Quality issues with products
  • Incomplete orders

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products with broken seals (where applicable)
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Products beyond return window
  • Clearance sale items (unless defective)
  • Perishable goods
