To use B2BHub services, you must: • Be a registered business entity in India • Have a valid GST registration number • Be at least 18 years of age • Have the authority to enter into binding contracts on behalf of your business • Provide accurate and complete registration information We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use • Ensuring all information provided is accurate and up-to-date B2BHub shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified • Prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless mentioned • We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice • Bulk order pricing may differ and will be provided on request • Payment terms are Net 30 for verified business accounts • Late payments may incur interest charges as per applicable laws For credit line facilities, separate terms and conditions apply.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability • Minimum order values may apply for certain products or regions • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery • Delivery charges are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control For bulk orders, delivery schedules will be mutually agreed upon.

• Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if defective or damaged • Returns must be in original packaging with all tags intact • Custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of return approval • Shipping costs for returns due to buyer's change of mind will be borne by the buyer • For damaged goods, please provide photographs within 24 hours of delivery See our detailed Returns Policy for more information.

• All content on B2BHub is protected by intellectual property laws • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission • Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary from actual products • Trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners • User-generated content grants us a non-exclusive license to use and display Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

B2BHub shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Service interruptions or technical failures • Third-party actions or content • Force majeure events Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
